第85回大会 奨励賞申請と発表について

１．申請資格

・2012年4月1日現在で35歳未満であること。
・日本組織培養学会の会員であること。
・今大会にて発表する奨励賞応募演題の筆頭学術発表者であること。
・日本組織培養学会奨励賞をすでに受賞した方は再度応募できません。

２．発表形式

今後ウェブサイトの大会ホームページにて詳細をご案内いたします。
前回大会においては、ポスター展示に加えて口演（10分）を行っていただきました。

３．受賞者の皆様へお願い

受賞者は以下の学会活動へのご協力をお願いします。
（1） 会員通信へ「受賞の感想」を寄稿する
（2） 受賞題名による原著論文を１年以内に本学会機関誌（Tissue Culture
　　　Research Communication）に投稿する。

４．応募方法

申請用紙をホームページよりダウンロードしてご記入ください。なお、申請書類(用紙)には、本学会評議員の推薦状が含まれます。申請書類を下記宛てに書留にて郵送し、演題登録許可を得てください。その後、ホームページから演題抄録の登録を行ってください。

５．応募〆切

2012年2月29日　⇒　3月6日着まで延長します。
（演題登録許可の取得前にオンライン抄録登録は行わないようお願いいたします。）
発表承認後、3月8日 17:00までにオンライン演題登録を完了して下さい。
抄録修正は、3月15日 17:00まで可能です。

Young Investigator Award, Application and Presentation

1. Applicants must meet
　 the following criteria

・ be less than 35-year-old on April 1, 2012.
・ be the member of "Japanese Tissue Culture Association".
・ be the first author of presentation of title applied for
　　young investigator award.
・ did not receive "Young Investigator Award of Japanese Tissue Culture
　　Association" previously.

2. Presentation

The style of presentation will be announced in the "The 84th Annual Meeting Website" and in the next issue of "Tissue Culture Research Communications". For reference, the style of presentation in the 83th Annual Meeting (2010) was the oral presentation (10 min) in addition to the poster.

3. Ask for cooperation
　 with "Japanese Tissue
　 Culture Association"

The prize winner will be requested.
(1) to submit the comments of impression for getting the Young Investigator Award to News Letter of Japan Tissue Culture Association soon after the Annual Meeting.
(2) to submit the paper to "Tissue Culture Research Commuinications" by the consistent title applied to Young Investigator Award within 1 year after the Annual Meeting.

You can download the application form from this website. Please fill the form and apply to the below address by registered mail. Please keep in mind that this form includes the testimonial written by councilor of Japanese Tissue Culture Association. After the acceptance and approval of application, you will be requested to submit the abstract through online registration in the Annual Meeting website.

5. Deadline of application

February 29, 2012 ⇒ March 6, 2012 (extension)
Please do NOT submit to online registration BEFORE the appoval of application by YIA office.
